‘Slow’ roast even faster with Aroma’s 18-quart electric roaster. This countertop oven is big enough to fit a 24-pound turkey under a new, domed lid. Plus, the lid doubles as a self-basting roaster by catching and dripping steam over your turkey while it cooks. Powerful heat ranges from 150° to 450°F with dial settings to keep warm and defrost. A red safety light shows when heat is turned on. When it’s ready, use the roasting rack handles to easily lift out your turkey. The non-stick, enameled steel roasting pan also lifts out for easy cleaning.
